Built in Boise
A Blunt Force Technology product
Revenue Rhythm is owned by Blunt Force Technology, a Boise, Idaho company focused on practical software for teams that live in operational details. The product grew from the real mess of monthly commission work: carrier statements arriving in different shapes, approval questions hiding in spreadsheets, and pay runs that need confidence before money moves.
Our goal is simple: help benefits brokerages keep each month moving with cleaner workflow, fewer payout mistakes, better visibility, and less spreadsheet rebuilding.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026. Revenue Rhythm is a product of Blunt Force Technology. This draft describes the basic privacy posture we intend to follow before launch and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.
Information we collect
We may collect account contact details, agency/workspace details, user roles, authentication events, product usage activity, support requests, feedback, diagnostics submitted with consent, and transactional email delivery details.
How we use information
We use information to provide Revenue Rhythm, manage tenant access, process support and feedback, improve workflow reliability, protect accounts, troubleshoot errors, send product or transactional messages, and meet legal or security obligations.
Agency and customer data
Tenant workspace data belongs to the brokerage using the product. Revenue Rhythm is designed around tenant-scoped access so one agency cannot see another agency's data.
Sharing and vendors
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate hosting, email, analytics, security, support, or similar product infrastructure, or when required for legal, safety, or business-transfer reasons.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for product, support, security, legal, or backup purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Choices and contact
Contact [email protected] or [email protected] to ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

Tenant data

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content, or use automated access in a way that harms reliability for other users.
Availability and pre-release use
Revenue Rhythm is pre-release and may change as the product matures. Features, workflows, screenshots, documentation, and alpha access may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
Professional review
Revenue Rhythm supports commission operations but is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or financial advice. Agencies remain responsible for reviewing payouts, records, and compliance obligations before relying on outputs.
Limits and contact
To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability should be limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months, or $100 for unpaid alpha use. Questions can go to [email protected]. These draft terms are governed by Idaho law unless final terms say otherwise.
